Ingredients:
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained 
 - 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix 
 - 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip) 
 - 1/2 cup mini marshmallows 
 - 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional) 
 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional) 
 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (for extra creaminess) 
 - Maraschino cherries for garnish 
 
Instructions:
- Mix the pudding & pineapple: In a large bowl, stir together the instant pudding mix and drained crushed pineapple until well combined. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
 - Fold in the whipped topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
 - Add mix-ins: Stir in mini marshmallows, coconut, and nuts (if using). For a creamier texture, add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
 - Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
 - Serve & Garnish: Spoon into serving bowls, top with a maraschino cherry, and enjoy!
 
 Tip: For a tropical twist, add diced mango or mandarin oranges!
