 Thyme Herbal Tea for Inflammation & Pain Relief
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
 - 1 cup of hot water
 - 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
 - A few drops of lemon juice (optional)
 
Instructions:
- Rinse the thyme thoroughly under running water.
 - Boil 1 cup of water and pour it over the thyme in a cup or teapot.
 - Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
 - Strain the tea to remove the herb.
 - Add honey and lemon juice if desired for taste.
